# Pleurat Shala

> Pleurat Shala is a product designer and AI product builder based in Pristina, Kosovo, designing digital products since 2015. Pleurat Shala works end to end — research, brand, design systems, UX/UI and AI workflows — taking products from a first brief to launch for startups and global companies, including Santander UK, Hoopit AI, Toyota and Gjirafa. Pleurat Shala also builds AI-native products: Sena, a design system built with eleven AI agents; AI Journey, an AI analytics product built solo; and AI Realtime Renamer, a Figma plugin.
