I was the only designer on the project, overseeing the entire design process, from client communication and consulting to UX/UI design, sitemaps, user flows, and brand identity. I collaborated closely with the product manager and engineer to ensure a seamless outcome.
problem statement
The goal was to design a mobile app that turns response into action, helping field teams assist people faster, wherever they are.
Ensure field responders stay in real-time communication with both the people in need and with each other, so everyone stays informed about active requests and ongoing assistance.
My Role and Impact
Lead the project
As Lead Designer, I was responsible for aligning the client’s vision with the product goals, collaborating with the dev team, product managers, and stakeholders.
UI library and components
Created a UI library and components for the Android app, with the ability to scale, update and improve later.
Ensure smooth UX and intuitive design
I was responsible for designing the entire app experience, focusing on a clear and intuitive interface.
UX and Page Structure
We worked closely with the client to condense a large amount of information. At this stage, our main focus was on defining requirements and shaping the information architecture.
High-fidelity Wireframes
The discovery phase also involved creating wireframes and defining the main actions of the app.
Fully-implemented Prototype
We worked closely with the client and had to summarize a lot of information. I focused mostly on information architecture during this phase.
Considering the tight timeframe, we successfully met the client’s requirements and deadlines, while also addressing all necessary details.
