I delivered end-to-end design for MindPath, from pitch decks and brand identity to a functional, user-friendly platform. The result was a clear brand presence, a modern website, and an engaging platform that improved accessibility to mental health services.
problem statement
When MindPath reached out, they had only a name and a clear mission, to bring trust, empathy, and accessibility to digital mental health. There was no logo, no color system, no design direction, no website, not even a basic online presence.
My role was to build everything from scratch: a visual identity, a design language, a digital product, and a unified online experience that would make their brand feel human, credible, and calm.
Project overview and goals
Brand design and identity
It doesn’t often happen for a product designer to handle this, but I was really proud that we created a brand identity with a calm, clean, and trustworthy vibe.
Web and App design
We worked on both the website and the web app. As part of the overall project, we also handled the checkout flows and online scheduling simultaneously.
Zero Friction & Calmness
We focused on creating a zero-friction experience that feels effortless and calm through clear layouts and minimal visual noise.
Long-term scale
Since we started with just one service, we made sure our foundation could support future services and brand expansion.
Build trust
We focused on presenting professionalism, building trust, and evoking the right emotions to make people feel confident in us from day one.
Clean and easy to use
Designing for people with ADHD and Autism meant putting clarity first. Every detail was kept clean and distraction-free to build trust.
branstorm and defining requirements
After several discussions and meetings, we started putting our ideas into notes and building an overview to make sure we were aligned and on the right track. This is usually my favorite part, where we agree on key points and shape our approach to get started.

research, validation, and user personas
Before sketching anything, I spent time understanding their audience and brand position. Through research and talks with the team, I outlined the main user types, patients, clinicians, and partners, each with different levels of digital comfort and emotional needs. Then we worked on the structure: organizing the information and mapping how users would move between learning, booking services, and using assessment tools.

logo and brand identity
At this early-stage startup, I had the chance to shape not only the product but also the brand itself. I started by creating the logo, then built the full brand identity and guidelines to give the startup a clear and consistent voice. The work you see here shows part of that journey and the results it brought.

Information architecture

Web app design
Part of the project was the web app with the responsive design, that enabled users to take assessments, monitor their progress, and seamlessly schedule consultations with clinicians.

web design
Once the logo, brand design, and discovery phase were complete, it was time to bring everything to life on the website. My focus was on building an experience that felt simple, modern, and easy to follow. I wanted every detail, from layouts to interactions, to guide users naturally without making them think too much. A big part of this process was making sure the design was friendly for people with ADHD, so I worked on keeping the flow clear, the visuals calm, and the interface easy to use.

AI-based imagery
We wanted to bring an emotional touch by valuing both the illustrations and the way we visualize our services. Most of the images and illustrations are AI-based, designed with a unique and consistent style that reflects our identity.

We expected it to take weeks or even months to see results, but within just a few days, the launch, assessments, and scheduling were already showing great success
